Our Caregivers have their own characteristics and personalities that make the care they provide extra special, on top of being skilled and experienced in what they do. Each one of them is also dedicated to the local people that make up their community and delights in providing them with nothing but the best care imaginable.
Our hiring process is meticulous
We have a rigorous and comprehensive hiring process. As a matter of fact, out of the many applicants we get, only 25 percent are able to meet our standards and become a member of our team.
We conduct interviews, do extensive background checks and give them hands-on training during the hiring process. We also require them to shadow one of our experienced members before they are finally able to go out into the field.
Meanwhile, our specialists are grading them to see if they have what it takes to work with us.

Even after they have been hired, we constantly train all our visiting Caregivers in achieving personal development and skill advancement.
We also provide specialised training for other conditions, such as dementia and stroke. Our bespoke training plan, coupled with the individual Caregivers skills and experience, create a recipe for excellent home care.
